I lived Montego Bay 2 years ago and am back. The maintenance is no better today than it was 2 years ago. I moved here in the winter. They took 2 full months to fix things that were wrong with the apt when I first moved in, due to "heating systems being out all over the complex," according to them. This summer, again, it's hard to get things fixed because A/C's are out all over the complex again. One man I spoke with did without A/C for a full week. Another tenant was told his rent would be adjusted accordingly because his was out. Mine went out and they wouldn't fix it until the next day. It reached 100 deg inside my apt. I complained to the VP of Operations and quoted NV State Regulations to her and was banned from the office and told to move out. The apts are very old, not serviced, and the rent is very high considering how old and run down they are. Management has a total disregard for Nevada State Regulations, as well as mere creature comforts and necessities.
