Review content:
It is difficult to review this company because some techs are outstanding and wonderful such as Kevin. Others (3) prior to Kevin were terrible. Also, we were sold an air conditioning system which was to be two 16 seer units and then told later that the 14 seer units installed were really 16 seer units based on some convaluted formula. I
did some research and polled my neighbors and found I was deceived. I will use Isley's for service but, I won't trust anyone that tries to baffle me with convaluted information after the installation is complete. I am disappointed in myself for trusting Isley's just because I trusted Kevin.
