Review content:
First thing I noticed about this neighborhood was how all the houses were these dull dreary ugly colors, it was depressing to say the least. To look inside the available houses was even worse, none appeared to be southern which was surprising. All the houses appeared to be as similar on the inside as the outside with weird strange floor plans. There were these big fireplaces sticking out in the floor with a big empty box above it for a TV. The kitchens were tiny, certainly not for southern cooks. No broom closets, some had no pantries, tiny laundry rooms. No places to put linens, dishes, food, brooms, etc...To top it off this neighborhood has an HOA. Why are those even necessary especially in an area like this?? The lots are very tiny, and the houses are crammed together. I would say the developers of this neighborhood had a brain the size of a pea. Over all the place just sucked.
