Overall, pretty good. Can't give it 5 stars, because the email alerts I used to get letting me know when the next service call is going to be stopped happening once Clark took over from Smart Pest Control. I have let the serviceman know several times, and he seemed to indicate that those courtesy alerts would start happening again, but have not up to this point. I need to be home when the service calls happen, because if someone tries to go in the backyard to spray, the dog will get out when the gate is opened. Other than that, we've had great service, and the chemicals that are used seem to be doing the job in keeping the ants, spiders, and other unwanted creatures under control. Thanks for listening.
