I appreciate the thouroughness of service and the quality of work!! Lorenzo was awesome as usual and the young man who worked on my car took his time on my brakes, which makes me happy and feel safer!
Even though I didn't need it this time, I appreciate knowing that if a repair is going to take a long time there is a drop-off/pick-up service; it takes one worry off of my mine! :)
