I had a fence installed back in may of 2005, home depot used sub-contractors who did a sub-standard job, home depot came out w/the same sub-contractors and re-installed the fence, so I thought.Now that the fence has some age on it, as it should, I find that now home depot and there sub-substandard contractors not only gave me substandard work, they did not use the right bolts, and other material to hold the gates together. The gates have pulled off and away from the fence, because the bolts used to hold the gate up are much much to small and way to short. I guess if you don't know home depot will take advantage of you and your home. I have contacted home time and time again, but they have my money now so they refuse to send any one out to look at or replace the bolts with the right ones. My true rating is 1/2 a star.
