I had a poor experience at this salon. When I came in, the receptionist was busy chating on the phone with a friend and I had to wait 10 minutes for her to finally hang up and speak to me! Unbelievable! Then I had to wait for my stylist as well who was finishing up her previous client. I got highlights and a hair cut. Nothing special really. The cut was not great. The price is too high for what I got. I now go to Federico in Natomas, you know the school, and I get better service, friendly people, great cuts and color for very little money. No wait either.
