I would say that every job has their drawbacks but this job is great. I think at first they had some kinks here and there as they tried to get situated but if you stick with it, if you get the job, you'll love it there. It's a very friendly atmosphere and we are getting paid pretty decently. The people there are really trying their hardest to make every new person feel welcomed there. There is room to grow there, if you want a job that you can move up and around in then this is the start. I would say that they did in the past have people from Ohio come down to teach but now we have the best trainer in the world that can give you a lot of insight on what the agents have to learn in just three weeks. Three weeks! We get to learn all about it in seven. The people are great here and would bend over backwards to find out ways to welcome you. This is my first ever call center job and I am already in love with it.
