Let me start out by saying, If you are thinking of moving into this apartment complex, PLEASE think twice!\r

For the third time this month my water is shut off do to pipes breaking. If this review can save one person or family from moving in Quail Gardens Apartments, I'll be grateful. This is a warning to anyone thinking about moving into this complex... DO NOT DO IT! Unless you are okay with your water being shut of weekly. You don't realize how much of a true inconvenience it is when it happens weekly. It's a complete joke! I feel so horrible for those that have no water to get ready to head out to work. I will do my best to spread the word. Horrible apartment complex. Obviously, they need to stop shafting their tenants and put some money into their pipes and stop doing cheap little temp fixes. After a year of this going on you would think they would have already done so. And to think they wanted to charge me a couple thousand dollars and put me on a payment plan to get out of my lease. When they cant even come through with what they have on the lease that I signed. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!\r

There are way more things I could write about this complex but upon moving in here, you should know you get what you pay for. Water is included in one of those things.
