I had carpet installed 5 years ago in my new home at the time they did a decent job but the guys took forever to do small living room area and hallway/stairs. This time I wanted to redo kitchen so I went and picked some tile they didn't have a very big selection but I wanted it done before a party. They sent someone out to measure and this guy was the biggest jerk pointing to an area by the stairs going down to basement there were narrow areas along the wall that continued on the sides of the stairs, as soon as he spotted it he got an attitude saying I don't know what you plan on doing there as if to say we are too stupid or too lazy to cut small tile. I will never go back in that little place again.
