I'd rather drive two hours to Portland or go to USPS if I have to than go here. The young guy working the counter is so absolutely rude...he has no people skills, lacks professionalism; he's downright mean! Seriously, they should consider putting him to work in the back...trust me, I have a big mouth, I will spread the word...I do A LOT of shipping, as do the people I know....send that guy to customer service training or send him packing...we pay too much for shipping to be treated like crap!! If I could give it less than one star I would! (June 2015)
