Review content:
Martin Water is superb! We bought a vacation home in the Pennsylvania Mountains and were not familiar with water treatment. I had some concerns with the quality of the water and I was unfamiliar with the complexities of water treatment. Since making that first call to Martin for an analysis, their communication was excellent and they worked around my schedule to have a technician meet us for the water test. Todd called to report he was on his way and showed right on time. His explanation of the existing Kinectico system was clear and he was very knowledgeable of the water treatment needs for my area. While he was testing the water, Todd thoroughly explained the chemistry and answered every question and concern. I was ready for the worst expecting to replace or update the existing Kinectico softener but Todd said there is no need. The Kinectico is a durable automatic softener and will last decades. With a simple filter recommendation, our water was back to normal. Other companies would take the opportunity to push new system at an additional cost preying on the ignorance of the home owner; not Martin. The system I have is great and will provide me with excellent water. Where do you find integrity in this world? You find it at Martin!
