NOT HAPPY AT ALL with the job they did on my laminate. It looks worse than before they started. There is a film on the floor and it is streaked. They were prompt to send someone else out to try and correct it and they were not able to do it. An appointment with the general manager was scheduled but he canceled because of sickness. There is another appointment scheduled for next week. We want our $441 refunded because the floor looks worse than before. It remains to be seen whether they will refund our money. In the meantime, we will have wasted 4 days dealing with this issue. We have had them in the past for carpet cleaning and that job was fine
