Roundy is a capable vet, very compassionate for animals but the customer service is a so bad. I went in to have my dog neutered, I came in at 8:00 am as scheduled and the door were locked, the front desk girls were inside blatantly ignoring me. I knocked and a girl came to the door and was VERY rude, saying they don't open until 8:30. I explained I was told 8:00 and she let me know "customers hear what they want to" we verbally argued over literally what time I was supposed to show up in front of other customers who were told to show up at 8:00 as well. The other front desk girl was getting upset at us for not being professional. (I'm the costumer, I don't have to be) but I'm always a pleasant person and this was so unwarranted I was honestly taken back. I let her know I would let Roundy know about the situation and she informed me he would "back her". I put in my complaint with him. I don't know if he followed up with her but I have had other family/friends who have had unpleasant experiences with the front desk and it is to the point I will go elsewhere.
