Review content:
Ghetto apts; overpriced, dumb maintenance, shady neighbors & nasty. Cheap built, a/c about 100 yrs old, no lights inside, can't see how to read. Workout room stinks, broken machines. Folks arrested for drugs & prostitution per spot crime. Trash out by front doors & at times in parking lot. Office personnel are not helpful & evil (Heather).. nice once they get you in but after if you have a problem she will ignore you!
