I would like to echo the review posted in January 08. Unfortunately I moved into this place without knowing the problems and have been sorry since day one. In October 2008 a resident was robbed at gunpoint; several residents have weekend parties lasting all weekend with loud music contently playing. Trash after parties draws rats and other insects. Cars are broken into and property is stolen. And yes, this place does draw in some of the loudest rude residents around. In addition residents living there work on cars all hours of the day and night while drinking beer and playing loud music. Large dump trucks are allowed to park on the street in the area causing driving obstacles and danger to the children around. I observed a child on a skateboard almost get hit because the driver did not see him from behind this big truck. Several of the units are in need of major repairs and the appliances in the units are old. Management indicates it is working on the problems, I believe they should sc
