Don't be tempted by the seemingly low rates, they will nickle and dime you to death! The property manager (I use that term loosely), Daniel, only masquerades as a professional. He is a shyster whose poor attempts to run a business only results in a fly by night organization that makes the rules up as it goes. We had been paying rent consistently for 10 months when it was brought to our attention that although they had been operating under one policy it was contrary to our lease. Instead of sending out a memo (like they do monthly about the water needing to be shut off) they fined us and revoked our military discount. They don't return phone calls and shut off the water and electricity for constant maintenance.\r

In regard to the description that the property management office posted, we have lived here for 10 months and not once has the tennis court been open, the pool is closed for maintenance and we have never seen nor heard of a car care center. The description of the property is n
