I made my appt online and even received a confirmation, but upon entering the store I was informed (after having been there for 40 mins) that there was no apt for me in the comp. I showed her my email. She asked me to come back in 2 days. She was sincerely apologetic, but it was kind of frustrating. I realize it was nobody's fault my appt disappeared. Then when I came back Sat., the mechanic was talking to me about my vehicle issues. When he told me I had an oil leak I said, "I know. You guys quoted me $300 to fix it, and I feel like that's too expensive for a gasket." He then asked me "Well WHY are you coming here then?" and went on a schpil about how the mechanics dont make any money doing oil changes. I thought that was pretty rude, and he just completely STOPPED talking to me about the other issues w/my vehicle. He said "Well I guess we'll just finish up this oil change then" and walked off. I didnt even know I had an issue w/a bushing until I got the follow up email from your company with the list of recommendations made for my vehicle during my visit. This was a complete surprise to me, because I guess the guy was offended I thought they were too pricey for a specific repair.
