Review content:
Nick Peth is the developer for the Furnas Forge area in Waynesville, OH. Recently, Peth has taken to sending threatening letters to home owners with respect to cars parked on the streets, small recreational items in home owners' own driveways, etc. In each instance, the home was neat, clean and well maintained, nothing was unsightly at all. True, he is able to fall back on a covenant that he himself wrote years ago when the area was in early development. Then, he chose to make lots very small (more lots, more $) which allowed no flexibility for owners with respect to storing items, building sheds and additions. Now, 15 years later, Peth is threatening responsible home owners with legal action instead of working with owners in a positive fashion. What a great guy. My name is not included for fear of retaliation.
