Review content:
I purchased a 6 pack of the junior whoopie pies at our local Publix Supermarket. Growing up on Cape Cod Massachusetts and having a Grandmother that made the best whoopie pies in the world, I knew these would not compare to hers, but I assumed they would be acceptable. Boy was I ever wrong. The cake part is the driest, most tasteless cake, with a hint of dry cocoa powder. The white creamy filling, while it looks great tastes like a sugary melted plastic. I could not even get these dry cakes down with a glass of milk, that is how dry they are. $3.99 in the trash can. I am in hopes that their bakery products are a lot better than their commercially made products. I am sure they are, otherwise they would not have lasted a year. Sorry that I was forced to give it 1 star, but the computer would not allow a lower grade.
