Review content:
I bought a 2011 buick lacrosse, in Feb 2012. I was in a wheel chair, recovering from a broken back and 2 broken ankes. I needed\r a vehicle I could get in and out of, so I bought the Buick Lacrosse. The car was a certified pre-owned. I drove it for a\r month and the car started falling apart. When I took it in for repair, the sales men tried to talk me in to trading it in.\r They took too long for approval so I left. Another month later I could smell radiator fluid, so i made an appointment for\r repair again. This time they tried agian to trade in. They let me know the warranty was up on my Lacrosse, so I had to\r trade it in. We all oked on a truck, until they told me my credit score would not allow me to get the truck unless I put\r down $12000. I got mad and left. I still had to get my Lacrosse fixed, So I took the car to Coulter Motor Company in Tempe.\r The service Manager heard my story and looked up my Vin. And told me I have about 500 miles till my warranty was up. Coulter \r changed the power steering pump, front seal, water pump, reprogrammed the computer and fixed all of the leaks. ON WARRANTY!!!\r But they did tell my my car was in an accident, and couldnt fix the loose bumper or the change in color. I took the car to a\r a body shop and He said the bumper was missing alot of parts, and who ever sold me the car, fixed and painted it for resale.\r Again I tried to trade the car in with Coulter Motor company, This time they let me know both airbags have been deployed and \r The value of the car most likely depreciated $10,000. I was a Handicap conned in to this yearly ordeal. They do NOT care about \r the customer. Ron Daley and all of the financial managers will do anything for your money. I still have the car and stuck with\r the loss. Korey C.
