Yesterday I came to my daughter's home to meet a Henderson tech. who was keeping an appointment to do a pre-season service on the central air system. The Henderson office called to say the technician was on his way. He arrived in the middle of the two hour appointment window. He greeted me professionally, put on booties and came in to check out and service the A/C system. He was professionally dressed, well spoken and went about his business. At the end of his visit, he gave me a sheet listing what had been done. It was a good experience.
My daughter needs a new hot water heater. The technician spoke knowledgeably about the options, talked through the installation and left me with an estimate for the two types of installations we are considering. He said his boss would need to come to confirm the estimate. The technician handled this part of the visit very appropriately. An appointment for the boss to visit the next day was easily made at a time which fit into my schedule.
Overall I am very pleased with my interaction with Henderson. Eric the technician represented the company well and Alice in the office was a pleasure to deal with. We will use Henderson again without reservation. I recommend them.
