My experience with Signature Fundraising has been riddled with issues since the beginning. To start off with, the prize promised was not delivered forcing us to spend additional money in order to provide our students with a prize. In addition, I expected an invoice of what our account balance was at the end of our fundraiser and never received one till December of 2014 when our fundraising ended in May of 2014. Likewise, the company placed monthly finance chargers and failed to provide substantial proof that they indeed in good faith did send us invoices. It baffles me on how invoices are received via email beginning in December but none before that. It seems that the only way in which this company sends invoices is through email. I would highly recommend that if you are choosing a company to fund raise with that Signature Fundraising is avoided.
