This was my second time at this dealership for a service. The staff there are great. Very friendly. The only downside is that the service greeters need to pay more attention to what the customer is saying. I went in for an routine service, and mentioned that I had made an appointment and needed new wipers. Unfortunately the service greeter marked that i had no appointment and he did not take note that I wanted new wipers. I know that he was trying to do his job as quickly as possible, but had I needed something more important than new wipers I may have had worse to say. None the less I will still take my car back there as they do have that personal touch one likes when dealing with big businesses.
