I suppose I'm a procrastinator at heart. I've been needing a hvac check up but was avoiding it because I thought it would be a hassle. Turns out I was wrong. I called Guy Smith Heating and Cooling at 0930 and a technician John S was standing at my door at 1230 ready to go. Couldn't believe the response time! I love watching people do a job when it's obvious they know what they're doing. John was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He did point out my hot water heater is past it's life expectancy. If you've ever had one of those fail you know what a mess that can make. Well I know who I'll be calling on to replace it. Thank you Guy Smith Heating and Cooling.
