The pedicure was excellent- I received my nail fill from a different tech that was in a hurry to attend to the next client. She never asked if I wanted gel or acrylic-the container which was storing the powder was disgusting! Only 1 of 2 nail foundations for the fill was used. She never spoke for even looked up at me. I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe the 1 primer was an all-in-one. After my total experience, I highly doubt that was the case. When it came time to polish my nails-it was ridiculous. She did not use base coat and was moving so fast I didn't have time to even respond to that fact. My first coat was so thick and gummy. She immediately applied a second coat then told me to go to this florescent light station--never told me how long to dry my nails, never came back until I flagged down another tech and asked if she could send her over (she was doing a pedi). She comes over and I show her the tips of my nails which were white and pink spotted. She never painted the tips and they looked like crap. She grabbed the polish and applied a thick, rushed tip which left a huge build-up of polish on the top of each nail. I was there from 4pm to 6:15pm. It took from 5pm-8:30pm before my nails dried. Needless to say, they look terrible.
