Very satisfied customer. From the moment I came, to the moment I left, every employee I worked with was helpful in guiding me in what would be best to do. They helped me with insurance information and with pricing that would be best for my family, as I have children and animals. The workers were great. They were neat and clean, and always on time. Any time I had questions, they would call back right away. They did beautiful work on both the floor and baseboard. Everything went smoothly. It is rare I would rate a business this highly; usually I always feel like there is room for improvement. However, they just did everything wonderfully. Also, one other thing that really impressed me was he saw I had a fireman key chain, and he gives discounts to police and fire workers. I explained it was a gift from a friend of my husband's, who works for the fire department. I said my husband is in the military, and he said he would give me a discount for that as well.
