I have never posted a review before but when I read these negative reviews I wanted to respond. I have been coming to the dermatology center for a long time, and never have I experienced such treatment. When I call and schedule my appointments the receptionist is alway very polite and respectful. When I come in to the office the checkin girls are very nice. And the nice african american girl on the end has actually asked, could she help me when she saw me in line waiting to checkout. As we made casual conversation, I thanked her for helping me and she responded, that she tries to help, when she is not on the phone taking calls and scheduling appointments. So I don't know what that Katherine K is talking about. Management keep up the good employees from the front to the back their awesome!!!!! And I will definitely be coming back for my next appointment.
