This was advertised to me as a "system tuneup" at Home Depot.....What I got was a detailed list of things wrong with my system and a suggestion that I replace the entire unit....which has been working quite fine since I bought the house. I expected a recommendation of some repairs and a cleaning/tuneup, but there was no cleaning, repairs or "tuneup" done by the technician. I doubt if I could recommend your company and I'll probably be mentioning this to Home Depot. My impression was that if I wasn't interested in some major expenditure, there wasn't much interest in attending to my system. The disconnect switch box was missing a few mounting screws and the technician said that he'd replace those....but never did.
