Shady!!! Our a/c is broken, so I was looking for a company to come out asap. Stuart advertises ""same day service"" so they were my first call. Told the dispatcher our unit was broken, that it was 78 in the house, and advised him that were also interested in replacement quotes. He asked if we could ""hold on"" until Saturday, two days later, and while I wasn't thrilled with the idea, I scheduled it. No time frame was given. The tech, Chris, called at 8:15, didn't bother to knock and when I called him back I got a song and dance about their busy season and how he had moved on and was never planning on fixing the unit anyway, only giving us a quote. That is NOT what I asked for and if I had known that was how this was scheduled, I would never have done it. Got to watch my cats pant and suffer in an 80 degree house all weekend thanks to this company. Kind of shady to not even knock when you go to a service call. I would never allow this company in this house after this experience.
