On Feb. 19, 2015, I picked up my Alamo 4 day rental car from the Alcoa airport which was a new Hyundai Elano I believe. Very nice and certainly enjoyed it. As you may remember, this was the week of the ice and snow that hit the Tennessee area. Fortunately for me, I was heading to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and missed the severe brunt of it all. But there were more days of frost and severe cold which....an ice scraper would have been great to have had in the car for this purpose. I wound up using my hotel key as I needed to meet an appointment and the defrost would have taken too long. As for car drop-off, it couldn't have been easier. Thank you very much and the rates were great!
