Review content:
I had arranged a pick-up for 5:45am to take me to Westchester airport. When the driver did not arrive by 6:00am, I called and got a machine and continued calling until 6:15am an no one called back. I finally drove myself to the airport and almost missed my plane. I continued to call to find out what happened and did not get a call back until the following week ...the owner gave me all sorts of apologies and promised me a free pick-up and anything else he could do for me....I told him I wanted my parking fees paid for and he said to send him the receipt and he would send a check immediately. That was a month ago and no check...so much for his concern about his customers and his service...I am taking legal action.
