Review content:
For starters, I did NOT have a vehicle towed by this company. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the representative I spoke with earlier this week. I called in to ask questions about the towing policy and/or agreement between my apartment complex's management and the towing company. There appeared to be a discrepancy that left a few of my neighbors and I confused.
After sharing a bit of a conflict between representative who stated that his name was "Mike", he became very belligerent and condescending. At one point he stated, "if I get fired, who's gonna hire me. Are you"? My response was that "I'm not an employer. If I were, your behavior would not prompt me to feel inclined to hire you." I immediately felt insulting and asked for his last name, agent # to manager's name. He would not provide any of that information to me. He suggested that I, "call tomorrow and ask who was working last night". Completely unprofessional to use profanity towards a patron. He hung up on me as well. Extremely unacceptable behavior from a representative.
I do question whether he truly represents the company or if this was a case of them hiring an under-qualified unprofessional individual.
