My hygienist did a thorough job but I was disappointed in the overall visit as I did not see Dr Moore. This is the second time I've had a morning cleaning and been told when the hygienist was finished that I woykd have to wait 15-20 minutes until Dr Moore. It wasn't that he had been detained or was running late as I thought the first time it happened; I learned this visit that he allows visits that should include an exam to be scheduled at a time when the cleaning will be completed 15-20 minutes before he even plans to arrive at the office, leaving patients to wait for him to make an appearance or leave without an exam. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed with this practice.
