In mid-2008 we purchased about $6000 in kitchen appliances from Mullet?s. We did so based on a recommendation from friends who also recently purchased multiple kitchen appliances for a home they were renovating. We liked the idea of buying from a family business as opposed to a chain store and found the sales staff very helpful and the pricing competitive. \r In the later part of November 2009 we began to experience problems with the Kitchen Aid microwave and contacted Mullet?s for a service call. They asked that we pay a $75 service call charge since at the time they weren?t sure if the repair was covered under warranty. I contacted Kitchen Aid and was told the repair would be covered under warranty and was given a repair authorization number which I in turn gave to Mullet?s. The microwave was repaired under warranty and I was assured my $75 service call fee would be refunded. \r Despite repeated calls and a certified letter being sent to one of the owners in June 1, 2010 my req
