Review content:
This office is completely incompetent! I have been a patient here for over a year and I am finally done! When I first saw Dr. Ullah I gave her all of my past medical history to read since I relocated from another city. I was hopeful I had found someone who would take the time and listen. I have real insurance not government sponsored insurance by the way. The doctor didn't touch my file, and her staff lost it by filing it under the wrong name. I finally got it back. Dr. Ullah's nurse NEVER returns phone calls, twice I had to bug this office to get test results, the last time the doctor said her nurse was supposed to call, why the nurse? Every time I go in, they have old information in their system as far as current medications, personal info such as phone number, etc, even though they were updated visit before. The office staff has zero skills in organization or efficiency, they don't call in prescriptions that are needed right away. You can talk to the doctor until you are blue in the face and she doesn't treat the real issue because she doesn't investigate like she should. It's also tacky to see office staff smoking cigarettes behind the building in their scrubs when you get in your car to leave: Great example coming from a medical clinic! This is a very poorly run outfit, it needs new staff and real care or to be shut down!
