Wanted to recognize Nicholas Griffin for his recent service call.
He was very professional, polite and represented his company extremely well. He is very knowledgeable and explained to my understanding, any questions I had for him. I felt no discomfort having him in my home. He has a very pleasant personality , was well groomed and his uniform was very clean, a sign he takes his job seriously and respects the company he works for.
