Review content:
We used the Ephrata branch of Martins. We had Martins install a water conditioning system in the fall. Now, the tiny little pipe that runs from the reverse osmosis system to the sink has frozen. Martins has refused to correct the problem. I believe their installer should have anticipated this problem with a tiny little pipe in an exterior wall. They disagree. We spent thousand of dollars on this system, and expect better customer service.
