I usually don't write my opinions on anything but when I saw the negative feedback for Watt Ave Pet Hospital I had to say something in their defense.....Our family has had nothing but excellent experiences with Watt Ave Pet Hospital over the last 15 years. To be honest I don't remember ever meeting Dr. Susan Barrett, so I can not say anything in her regard but in regards to Dr. Grady Wills I have much to say: He has always been our pets doctor and he has always treated our babies (dogs and rats) with the utmost respect and kindness. He and the staff are very patient and loving with our pets, very knowledgeable in their explanation of treatments and recommendations, and when giving treatment we're always allowed, and even encouraged, to be present. So of course over the years that we have had them treat all of our pets, we can say with our own first hand experience that the treatment received by them has ALWAYS been the very best in care and in a very relaxed setting...never has there b
