Review content:
We rented at 2 locations in St. Augustine. There was no problem with the cars. We had ecards from Discover and no one seemed to have any idea how to handle them. The check out time was laborious. We did not need transport to or from our location, but several other customers (while we were there) expressed in no uncertain terms how unhappy they were with the ""We pick you up"" and we will take you back to your location service. I personally saw 3 people going out the door with remarks such as; it's a joke, I cannot wait forever, you are stringing us along. The staff was courteous, but slow and a bit chippy when customers expressed displeasure. \r I ended up making my reservations by telephone and getting the credit applied that way, but still the staff was not clear about the ecard credit. \r I will use Enterprise again, but I am not sure that I will recommend.
