I have been a patient here for over a decade and turns out if your crown breaks before the 5 year time period your insurance requires, they don't stand behind their work. My much older crown is still fine (from the same dentist even) yet the new one some how broke in two places? Then they don't want to stand behind or warranty what is clearly faulty materials? That is garbage service right there for a customer who has been loyal for a long time, done Invisilign with them, and provide them with lots of business and recommendations over the years. To be fair, they did offer me a paltry discount on a new crown, but that was more of an insult than a legitimate offer. To make this right, they need either pay to replace their own bad work or at least make an offer of what my insurance would cover.
