I had a bad roomate order 7 porno movies=$73 added to my bill-obviously without my knowledge. She made her own pass # on the remote-I never recieved a call on my phone asking to verify the order or any such thing. Now that she is gone without paying any bills-I lost $841 from her-didn't know about this until after she was gone -of course this was hidden from me. To think speaking to a manager they refuse to do anything about this for me. And to top it off after I called and canceled my TV service they continued to charge another $80 of "partial TV" to me-what part of cancel my TV do they not understand!!! But they did me a "favor" to take that $80 off my bill-I said there was no favor-you guys are stealing from me when not turning off TV when I told you to. To think in this world where stores and banks bend over backwards to please and not loose a customer they refuse to help me about the fraud this roomate did on my account. My view of Blue Ridge is now in the toilet......
