Before using the Appliance Doctor in Holbrook, Mass go to the Better Business Bureau page and read the complaints that customers have written in. Mark did not fix my washing machine and refused to give me my money back after his ad clearly states that if he cannot fix it there is no charge. He took my money and when I used my machine the next day the problem had not been resolved. Tried numerous times to contact him but he kept hanging up on me. Frustrating to say the least. Wish I had read reviews before I used him. Beware of guys like the Appliance Doctor.
