My mother has had a great experience with The Shores at Wesley Manor. Their facility is very resort like, but has a casual feel to it. Everyone there is friendly--they always have a smile on their face, and are attentive to the residents.
My mother's experience is a little more limited. She's in a transition between assisted living and a skilled nurse, which is their assisted living plus model. She's a little bit more confined, but is able to play Bingo, gets her nails done and does a quite a bit of other activities. She does have access to go down stairs and do other activities that are available, but because of her conditions and proneness to falling, she opts to stay close to her apartment.
The Shores at Wesley Manor has very good communication, and calls me when anything goes wrong. Their caring and great attitudes make for a comfortable stay.
