Superior Moving did the right thing!!! We interviewed several moving companies for our move to a new home in North Western Florida. We haven't moved in over 20 years and did a lot of research on movers. Out of all the moving companies we looked into Superior Moving seemed to be the best choice. Some of the reasons we chose them was: Good on line reputation, Good report with the BBB, fully licensed and insured, ( willing to provide proof of insurance documents ) but mostly because of the professional estimate we received and the follow up calls. In addition when we had questions they were always available to answer them or at the very least get back to us within a short amount of time. The movers they sent were great, really nice guys, and definitely knew what they were doing. When the truck arrived at our new home the delivery could not be made because of flash flooding and high water levels. Superior Moving basically had us over a barrel and could have charged us massive fee's for this. The owner Anthony got on the phone with us and worked everything out, definitely to our advantage. His main concerns were just covering any added costs and making sure his employees were compensated. He didn't seem to care about making extra profit or charging us high fee's. The end result was more then fair, we added up the numbers thinking it would be a lot more but Superior was considerate and understood the position we were in and really did the right thing. I highly recommend Superior Moving they are honest and practice what I would call "" Do unto others as you would want done to you ""
