DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. Today, I waited for 3 1/2 hours in freezing cold weather for a tow truck driver who repeatedly told me that he was 20 minutes away. This inconsideration caused me to miss both a class performance and a family dinner. Within this time, I could have easily called another company. Once the driver arrived, I received no apology or excuse for the tardiness. He showed little consideration for my concerns about my vehicle, cursed multiple times in front of me, and had the nerve to light up a cigarette while working on my vehicle. When I asked the driver to wait less than five minutes until my uncle arrived to make sure that he had done a proficient job, he responded that since he was a tow truck driver, he knew that the job was done right, and that he did not have time to wait. I don't understand how he could not wait five minutes, when i waited for 3 1/2 hours. He turned his back on me, and got into his truck and drove off. Please, if you ever need a towing se
