If you are considering hiring ELITE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT for your condo management needs please reconsider! They have blatantly refused to follow CT State Laws and blatantly display favoritism for Board Members. Mary Jane Tanzanella is by far the worst property management agent ever and I have lived in a condo for 20+ years. They simply do as they please as long as they please the Board Members and if you complain about anything you are placed on the "black list" where you will not be plowed out during snow storms and will be called upon for violations that Board Members blatantly perform consistently. You will be threatened with "fines" even tho Board members do the same and much worse. They violate CT State Laws and dare you to report them. They will not last much longer here and I feel compelled to warn anyone who is considering them as a management firm for their property to run for your life! Seriously, they are the worst and will violate you until you move out, or at least try to get you to if you cause any disruption of their favoritism and blatant disregard for CT State Laws.
