Do not trust the owner, Linda. She is sneaky and untrustworthy. I recently had to return and reorder a ARIAT jacket in a smaller size. I picked up the jacket over 2 weeks later! When I was home and tried it on, the jacket was way to small (size XS) when I looked to see what size the jacked was I noticed that the tag had been cut out of the collar of the jacket and the sleeve tag was also cut off. I immediately went back to the store, Linda accused ARIAT of cutting the tags and claimed it was a size small. She would not return the jacket. I called ARIAT, they were able to track the order of the jacket from the UPC Code. And Linda was proven to be a liar, she ordered the jacket in a XS because size small was not in stock. She also did not even place the reorder until 11 days after I requested it. ARIAT then overnight mailed me a new jacket in a different color but size small, directly to my house so I didn't have to deal with Linda again. I returned the size XS small jacket directly to ARIAT. Thank you ARIAT, shame on you Arizona Saddlery and its owner Linda.
