Review content:
This place is managed by very unprofessional and rude staff. I spoke with one today (Sept 2). I called to pay for my son's membership and to cancel it telling them that my son has left CT. They want a letter and no fax message. On repeatedly explaining that fax is same as letter. the front desk person will not listen and started getting aggressive that we will keep on getting charged till a letter is received. In this 21st century, they can not accept a fax message, imagine when will they start accepting emails. Funny that they ask you to pay online, but only a letter by mail to cancel the membership. They just want to charge as long as they can. \r If you send letter, they might want certified letter or notarized letter. \r \r Consumers /patrons, take your business elsewhere...
