i brought my cat in just for vaccinations. i was rudely encountered by dr. molly douglass. her advice for just about most things is a 'hot compress'. i think her mood deserves a hot compress. she spoke down to me like i didn't care for my cat enough, and because i didn't 'know better'. she was loud, and very rushed to get out of there, no patience at all. on one occasion prior to that i brought my dog in to check her bowel. she was having trouble going. dr. douglass was also very rushed and was almost overwhelmed with having to care for us. her assistant was more kind and helpful to me than she was. still, i will not return for any more verbal abuse. i love my 4 pets like family, i think there are far better choices out there for vet care. this vet is not cheap either, very expensive for the clemmons/winston salem area. good luck, and find another vet!
